• Closed during an in-play bet: Settled according to game type and points awarded.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.

• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not accepted.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be refunded. However, if fraud is proven, all balances will be forfeited.
